Lifetime Account downgraded to Trial

I have had a Ticket in for about a week with no response. Would anyone happen to know a way around this besides a lawyer?

    I looked into your account and there is one big issue. You have a lifetime subscription, but you do not have a retail key added to your account. The lifetime sub does not give you the game it's self, just access to the game.

    Since it is impossible to make a subscription without a retail key, I would suggest that yall find the one I entered.

    Well, it does indeed no longer say that it is a trial account. However, I still cant seem to move from one sector to another. It says "Cannot move Character." and boots me to the login.

    I am grateful for the fast responses in here...it is much better than what the "Support" system gives.

    Well to be honest some one was already working on your issue, so I only checked on whats going on. As for your other issue submit a GM ticket and they will fix you up.
