Klingon cloaking and firepower

Just an idea that may not be already thought of. Klingons have the upper hand when it comes to cloaking and thats fine being that its part of the Star Trek lore. But to make things a little fairer for Federation players and allow them to enjoy the pvp experience more is by ships that are in cloak will have thier weapon/Aux drop half or more. just like as using full impulse when the engines goes to max and others drop to the bottom. This allows Federation players to take less damage from uncloaking ships and will reduce the alpha-attacks (i think)

Just an idea so please dont set those Targs after me. :p

Anyone can beat the alpha strikes of the vast majority of players out there by being quicker or better. This change is unnecessary.

They already made it so that shield power is at 0.

They made it fairer to Feds by giving them more hull strength. They can already withstand more damage than Klingon ships.

As has been said, it's not that hard to withstand an alpha strike, and if a Fed team can do that, then they've won, as the Klingons lose all the advantage of the cloak and the short +damage buffs, and are just left with weeny hulls.

Its alot easier to just run out of alpha strike, insted to rely on the green blob, which is easily removable.

Depends who you're fighting. often it is easy to pop someone straight off the bat rom cloak (preferably with a barrel roll by two ships then executing a perfect split bank through the explosion. (did that today flying a cruiser with another guy, made me moist)) anyway..

Umm..but yer an immediate alpha strike attack gives the attacker an immediate advantage which can be negated with heavy support.. if disorganized the attacking force with very probably start to split fire and gain only marginal headway leaving the destroyed ship plenty of time to re join the group.
