Sounds like a problem with his @account, but who knows. No one has responded to his bug report yet.
One thing to try, Oshanee, is to try to login to your friend's computer and see what happens.

Yes Coderanger, i did submit GM Help Tickets #885988..but..it been a month...that i waiting for to get my account fixed..i wonder why too long? can you get them quick as a look at my account?
Yes..i have two tickets that i make a months ago but was closed...by me and i create to new ticket to more explainable. yes it was 5 day ago. so thank you for clear up. any progress of my issue?
In game click on Request GM help instead of hitting bug report.
on the website goto http://www.startrekonline.com/tickets while logged in, click on create new ticket, click tech issues, click on any of the selections and hit search then make a new ticket.

Now you need to wait for a GM to address your ticket. This can take between 10mins and 24 hours depending on the que.
It is already passed 24 hours..and no responding from them...:(
The GM que is a little backed up due to issues over the weekend, but someone will get to your ticket soon. I looked at your issue and have you tried to right click on the "Chat" box to bring up the filters list? If some of these are unchecked it can make it so those types of chat will not be shown.

i dont know how to resolve the problem..so GMs need take a look on my account...i believed there a glitch.
All our GM's, billing, and tech support reps are real people. They maybe working on another issue at the moment, but they will update your ticket shortly.
Always use the tickets!
Well you edit your ticket with the additional information then you hot submit it once you have finished editing it.
