Billiong Lifetime

I decided to play today as been gone for awhile. I paid for life time and it want me to subscripbe at monthly fee for me to play.

Someone needs to fix my account setting there.

    Yes..

    This totally such and very disapointed in the billing group dang Ferengi ran group doing all the short cut trying to save funds by not offering phone support or weekend ticket support. I paid for LIFETIME (Mar 21, 2010) what the beef with my account suspended and wants me to subscribe monthly it's already paid for so fix it on your server database so I can play, a wasted weekend waiting.

    I have not played it a while decided to play today and the entry screen comments to me Account error, please contact Billing support. It wants me to sign up monthy to play HUMM I started monthly for 30 days then paid 299 lifetime so never have to deal with it again. please fix my Supended account USER: MBCMDR

    If I try to check box lifetime it wants me to pay again asking credit card info.

    So this is affecting lifers as well? So it can't be an isolated incident for those that just paid subscription early June?

    I don't understand why this is taking such a long tome to fix - getting concerned as it seems their team has been working on this for quite some time already.

    Looking at it a second time, this seems like it's a separate issue. Unfortunately it's above my ability to immediately resolve, our billing team will need to address your ticket when it comes up.

    Because of such delay in ticket service bites as why I feel the billing support group is Ferengi ran.

    I am now starting to be a p-i-s-s-e-d customer, if you want to play with the big boys act like it give proper support not be a Ferengi ran group shorting your customers. I'm here again as another day has gone by and no one even answered my ticket #889315 so I 'am still dead in the black abbis of Cryptic. I want my account fixed in 24 hours or I will contact my VISA company and tell them not getting what paid for and ask for 100% refund $299.00, As I can handle just playing EVE for my online space game and WOW for my online Char game.

    Keep in mind that billing is closed Saturday and Sunday (since the medium they work with, banks are not open on these days). You submitted your ticket on yesterday (Sunday), but there is a billing rep assigned to your issue. You should have a resolution shortly.

    The point is not not even getting a reply on the ticket only see forum board people reply and I do not have a beef with the forum board people as I know they fix if had access. Guess this my vent about poor billing service.

    Yes I get a little ****y but maybe becase a degree in IT and Software Development beside Electronics and the error should have never happened in first place regarding billing. I totally understand the bugs in the game and have been supportive of the glitches. posting them and data of them so can be fix in SP.

    I guess it paid off after this last post within 20 min I had an answer to my ticket and up and running.. Sure hope not ever happen again.

    Well we don't like it when there are issues either, but I am glad your issue got resolved.
