unable to gain access to STO or Champions Online

After a brief hiatus from STO and long one from Champions Online I decided to try them again. However, each and every time I pay for a subscription, I get a $1 charge "pending" from my bank AND from my other credit card provider. I have tried 4 times with my bank card and once with my other credit card to no avail. I have sent 3 tickets two of which have been answered. However, the second answer said that my bank's records for my zipcode were different than my Cryptic account zipcode...I straightened that out and still cant get payment authorization. So far I have 3 tickets and a voice mail at Cryptic (which hasnt been responded to yet) and no closer to getting to play. Can someone please help me? I even offered my phone number 3 times for someone to contact me but it seems like Cryptic doesnt care about gaining another paying customer. Help please!

As I said on the other thread you commented on, we cannot address billing issues on here (for pretty obvious reasons). You will have to put in a ticket (or wait for a response if you already done so, hard to check from home).

Whenever a payment is declined on a credit or debit card for any transaction anywhere, the first and most useful people you should call is your card provider using the telephone number printed on your card, not the merchant. Merchants have very limited access and information, and may or may not be able to help, while your card provider can tell you exactly why the transaction was refused and how to fix this (and usually fix it for you right then).

    Exactly.

One thing that might work when you call them is to specifically tell them, "This company is authorized to charge my card X number of dollars each month."

I used to go through this with another online game. Every month for three months straight, my bank would act as if my card was stolen and decline the "suspicious internet charge." I finally solved that one by getting a new bank.
