I have reactivated my account today for just 1 month using visa, after 3 hours I cancelled it because I only want to play 1 month, I do this often with other games so I don't forget and accidentally pay 2 months.
Anyway, I cancelled it and made sure to use the option that I can still play out my 30 days and now I cannot log in anymore.
Basically I paid a month's worth to just play 3 hours.
I would like to play my entire 30 days lol.
Pls don't redirect me to customer supports and billing through telephone.

Some additional information.
When I run the launcher it says "Account error, please contact Billing support" and the server shows as offline.
On my account page it says my account is ACTIVE in green letters and subscribed for 33.11 days.
I'm running into the same issue but I've been subscribed for 120ish days already. I'm guessing that they're having some kind of server issue right now. Just start the game without using the launcher program.
EDIT: Loading without the launcher didn't work I'm just guessing the account server is having issues right now.
very likely you cancel your account before the system was able to validate the payment so when it tryed validate there was nothing in the queque to check.
In the past this type of action cancelling to soon totally messed up the account and required personal attention by billing to correct.

This isn't the issue as I'm having the same problem and my account has been active for 4 months.
I've tried to create a new ticket but that service isn't working for me, I also see other posts saying the same so it's not on my end.

Ok lol I think I fixed it, seeing my account was still "ACTIVE" after I cancelled it I decided to try to cancel it again so I did, now my account says "CANCELLED" and I can log in again... lmao.
Tried to log in today and found my account has been suspended.
Strange as I only paid my monthly subscription on the 2nd June.
Says I've been subscribed for 32.66 days when I've been subscribed to ST:O from the start.
Hope this gets sorted soon (ticket - 889094)
Same thing happened to me. Just tried to log on to find my account suspended even though I was just charged for STO last week. Fingers crossed the ticket I submitted gets looked at in the near future.

Well I'm in the same boat here. It says my account is suspended and cryptic took my money on the 4th. Submitted a ticket earlier and really hope they can straighten this out soon.
Extremely upset and waiting for a fix. I understand re subbing will fix the issue, but I refuse to pay for another month of playtime upfront if Cryptic has ballsed it up once already.
