This is obviously still a work in progress as it still has bugs, and find things for the lowest prices is still an issue. I hope these things will be addressed in the near future:
1) Sorting by price does NOT take into account stacks - data samples is flooded with people selling single items who are taking advantage of this. (Yes, these people are wasting sell slots of their own, but they still wastes our time needed to scroll pass them).) There are people who are selling stacks of items (in prices per item) but they are slotted based on the total price of the stack. If I want to sell stacks of 99 at a fair price, it will never make it to the top 400 to be displayed by anyone. Please change this (or add an option) to sort by price per unit.
2) Search is inconsistent - if I search for an item, i.e. phaser compression pistol mk III, under 'all' category, it does not always get the same results as if I had selected it under 'personal weapons.' My guess is that to make things faster, the search engine only search a certain number of entries before calling quits even if it does not finish the job completely.
I'm sure other people have other issues with the Exchange, so I'll leave this for now.
The broker needs a way to change the price on a posted item without having to remove the item, put it back up for sale, and set a new price.
Also, attach seller names to the item when posted. If there are 20 people selling the same thing at the same lowest price, I want to know if mine is the first one listed or not.
It would also be nice if the Exchange allowed you to search based on text within an items description. For example, if I want to find all the Bridge Officers with Reverse Shield Polarity III I want to be able to enter that power in the search field instead of having to wade through tons of Engineering Candidates and looking at each one.
What would be nice would be to have the tables searchable by column. i.e. click on a column title and the table sorts by that column low value to high value. Click the column title again and the table resorts by that column high value to low value.

Why?
Removing an item and relisting it on the Exchange takes about 10 sec (choose the item, click, drag-drop, put in a new price, click). That's fast enough IMO.
And I don't want to buy an item, when it's price could be changed on-the-fly the moment I buy it...

What about just reducing the price a little bit, to be the cheapest seller on top of the list?
BTW: What would you do if you see then (after the change you want took place), that you are NOT the first on the 20-items-with-the-same-price-list?
Maybe reduce the price a little bit to be on top?

We definitly need this. BO-search is a nightmare ATM.
And to be allowed to use "Joker" (e.g. *) and logical expressions (e.g. and, or, not) in the search string would be a great improvement, too.

But I know, I'm just dreaming...
