So last night I canceled my reoccurring subscription. I play from month to month and sometimes I take a break. So anyways I selected the option to keep playing on my remaining time. My account SHOWS as active in my profile page yet when I try to log in, I get the account error. I filed a ticket but of course that is taking a good while to get resolved.
I have done this before without issue. I don't understand why it started this time. HOPEFULLY it will be resolved soon.
Not sure how long a billing ticket takes. It's been about 6 hours since I filed and no reply.
All GM, Billing, and Tech tickets have an expected turn around time of 24hrs. Depending on how many tickets are in the que will dictate how fast they are answered.
