Have I missed a patch?

Hi all,

I wanted to play STO yesterday and at the startup I saw that there was a huge patch, I cancelled it because I didn't have much time to play and I did not want to wait so long...So this morning, when I did have the time to patch (going to the supermarket is a great time to patch ;)) the patch didn't appear...

So does this mean I now missed the patch? :(
How can I check if I missed the patch? And how can I possibly get the patch anyway? I wouldn't want to miss a patch ofcourse...

I bought the game last saturday and the patch after installing and starting up was pretty big so I gues I didn't miss that one?

Thanks in advance for helping!

Best Regards,

Lieutenant Qun / Edwin

sounds strange... and i cant quit follow you...

but just start up the launcher, press Options and activate "Force Verify"... takes a few seconds but whatever files you could be missing will be fixed then.

There really isn't a way to "miss a patch". If the servers are on a different version than your client it will not run you will get a "Version mismatch" error. I would agree with the other poster and run force verify. If that doesn't work make sure that your security protocols are not blocking any of the Star Trek online network traffic. Can you also post results of a Nettest? This way we can make sure none of the ports needed for the game are blocked.

The application is at the following link: http://files.champions-online.com/nettest.exe
