    Can you post a DXDIAG?

Yes which portions would you need? Also it seems to have stopped since last night.

To create a DXDiag report, follow these steps:

    1. Click "Start" menu, then click "Run"
    2. In the "Open" box, type: DXDiag (hit enter)
    3. If this is your first time running DXDiag, click "Yes" to launch the DirectX Diagnostic Tool.
    4. Click "Save All Information" to create a DXDiag report.
    5. Choose a name and location for the dump file (recommend desktop) and click "Save".

Then Zip this file and attach it to a post in this thread.

This could be your issue right here "Mobile Intel(R) 965 Express Chipset Family" Unfortunately this chipset is not supported to run Star Trek online. The only Intel series chipset that is supported to run Star Trek is the HD and it will not run it beyond the lowest specs. I will paste the minimum specs below.

Star Trek Online Minimum System Requirements
    -OS: Windows® XP SP2 / Windows Vista® / Windows® 7 (32 or 64 bit)
    -CPU: Intel® Core™2 Duo 1.8 GHz, AMD Athlon™ X2 3800+
    -Memory: 1 GB Ram
-Video: NVIDIA GeForce 7950/ ATI Radeon X1800/ Intel HD Graphics
    -Sound: DirectX® 9.0c Compatible Soundcard
    -DirectX® 9.0c or Higher
-Hard Drive: 10 GB Free Disk Space
    -Disc Drive: 6X DVD-ROM
-Network: Broadband Internet Connection is Required

Well unsupported doesn't mean the game will not run, it means that the game will on run under acceptable preformance (at or above 15FPS). Then since the chipset is unsupported we cannot guarantee that it will work, and if it does the random issues you can encounter.
