I had several respec options to me on my tactical officer. So like many of you have been messing around with various configurations.

Thought I would share by unsubstantiated findings :)

All Antiproton (i'm sure some targets had resists to it)

This was ok, don't know if even adding points to the antiproton skill is even worth it. Seems the modules +cannon or +antiproton compensate for even having nothing skilled in it. ( i did try both, didn't notice much difference)

All Tet

I seemed to have better results prior to the patch. I'm not saying they are bad, just not any huge difference.

Mixing Disruptor/Phaser

So far I'm liking this the most, cheap to spec both

Now what I did have a lot of fun with ( I only used version 1 of the following, didn't want to gimp if it didn't work out)

Fire at Will
for my engineer in a raptor (yes James you wtfp0wn me against the TTT group , but i felt the kill the dps first <3 )
I was kind of surprised how affective this was.. More than 1 fed pop fire at will, it was real fun.

Scatter Volley
This was real nice for the balls and it did a great job cleaning up mines and other pesky debris players put out there to hurt me. I don't know if it’s better than rapid fire, but with my config, I had space to get it least, and use it when the time seemed right.

What I'm not liking what other people do is eject warp plasma.. man that seems to be real effective now. Use to say, eww a pretty cloud :)

Its nice that they bumped the tet proc... here is the issue I see with tet and plasma... The armour consules overlap TET and Plasma. I run the Ablative on my bop which gives me 22% vs Pha / Dis / Tet / Pla ... I also run the other 22% one (sorry the name escapes me right now) that covers TET / PLA / POL / ANTI.

Bottom line a few targets... especialy the ones with 4 slots... are well going to be over protected against tet and plasma. Even if they only run one of the 22% units there 100% for sure covered on the 2.

Right now if I'm duking it out with more then one fed I ignore the one shooting blue at me for awhile. lol
