Cancellation question

SystemSystem Member, NoReporting Posts: 178,019 Arc User
Hello together

I have to choose one of them:

1) Cancel now and play until remaining paid time runs out (you won't be charged anymore)

2) Cancel right away (lose any remaining paid time)

If I choose the second, do I lose my first 30 days? Because I don't want to pay for another month and cancel now, but I want to play it till my first 30 days are over.

Thanks for help!

Greetings
Shinar

Option 2 shouldn't remove the free 30 days, but if you want to be safe just choose option 1. When the billing cycle comes around after the 30 days it will not charge you.

At least you got to the cancellation page. For some STRANGE reason the ticket system freezes on me and I haven't managed to find the account cancellation page directly.
    Your help would be appreciated
