In the past when I have re-activated my account after cancelling for a month due to the fact I've not always had the funds to play the game. I have been trying to re-activate over the past few days, and I am no longer getting activated somehow. It is showing as "Pending Customer" (Red) as opposed to the usual "Activated" (Green). I got a re-activation confirmation email from STO, but no emails from paypal. I have given it a few days to see if it would eventually all fix after a while, and I am getting fed up with it haha! I really want to play!! I submitted a support ticket and no-ones answered me back, so if anyone has any advice or is suffering the same problem, please reply to this thread.

For all billing issues can you please submit a billing support ticket. The technical support forms does not handle billing issues.

all i wona do is play th egame and i cant ?????
and al lyou get is send ticket i have 5 time with no reply?????

I personally think the Support System is a total joke! You submit a ticket, and no-one replies.... Then you try and get help, and they say Submit a Ticket! There should be a phone number that you can call, unless there is one that I haven't noticed.

I checked your account and you have submitted one ticket just a couple of hours ago. Your transaction is still pending approval from your bank, and if you used Paypal this is typical for an initial transaction. Paypal transactions can take between 30 mins to 24 hrs and we cannot do anything to accelerate this process.

It was actually a Day or 2 Ago I submitted a ticket, and it wasn't via my account - I filled in the other Form because the ticket system on my account wont work either... I'm not wanting to start a debate about that anyway... I am thankful that you have got back to me and gave me some usful advice... genuine thank you! And I will give it another 24 hours to see if it comes on. Thanks again.

Actually I looked at your account Nicocee and I do not see any tickets. That is probably why you have not received an answer. Make sure you are submitting tickets at: http://www.startrekonline.com/tickets/
