I was able to talk to my buddies from the instant messenger and was trying to figure out how to get into our fleet channel to talk to my fleet. figured out you couldn't do it. great tool for fleet admins.
but now today, the next day, i could not login to my account from the STO launcher. Now... I try to load up the pidgin client and it says my account is disabled.....
I am a lifetime subscriber and why has my account been disabled when i was just testing out a feature for your company???
ive submitted a support ticket and noticed on your website that you do not have a phone number to call in to report a billing issue with an account. so im posting everywhere i can to get a developers attention.
please help;
