Patcher does nothing

Just last night I bought one more month but the patcher just freezes and does nothing at the Patch screen. I am using patcher version CL_2010_03_22_11_32, and the patcher's Server status keeps showing it as Down but the login page of the patcher shows it as Up. There is also a message on the bottom left corner of the patcher reading "Account Error, please contact Billing Support"

My account is active and Retail coded as shown here:

Activated Features
Star Trek Online - Preorder
Star Trek Online Closed Beta
Star Trek Online - Preorder
Star Trek Online - Retail
Star Trek Online - In game items

Subscriptions
Game Card ACTIVE
Subscribed For: 30.31 days

I have also posted a ticket but still no reply. Anyone has any clue as to what is going on? Been unable to log for the last 12 and a half hours now...
Thanks in advance.

It is installed but not running at the moment... is it significant? I had steam installed when I was playing STO before...

Dunno, just a hunch. I played STO just fine since Beta. Last week I installed STEAM to play Portal. When I tried to run STO again, Steam had rewritten the registry or something and was telling the launcher to look somewhere else.

Try checking under program files for STEAM and see if it tried to make a Cryptic folder for STO.

Also try running STO as administrator.

Steam has no directory for STO. Administrator run resulted in same behaviour. I even booted with a the cleanest possible environment for conflict resolution, still would not run. HELP

    OK fixed, ticket was answered.
This is what happened: I bought a month sub on a credit card, waited for the system to show an active subscription, then cancelled the subscription. After all that the user panel still showed that I had a month of play time available.
In reality, the system never charged as it took my cancellation too literal and revoked my previous order to buy a month.
This is a case of cancelling too soon and the STO user panel showing that I had a month when I did not really.

Acutally that is the time you have benn subscripted. the time you have left is displayed on the page as time to play: the 30 days was a new feature added to the purpose of showing how long you been subscripted for the veteran rewards.
