Please check the following problems:
- Full impulsse speed control in Solar Wind: never leaves full impulse mode
- Queue system not functioning properly: allowing 2v5 startups regularly
- Cloaking vs Perception: please check this again. cloak within 10k enemy range = low probability
- Please check premade fed vs premade klingon: re defence imbalance
From my point of view, this patch makes it harder for klingons to kill feds, and harder for klingons to survive fed premades. The problem is still thus: the difference between high damage and low damage is too great. The changes will tip the balance further in favor of fed premades.
Battles do last longer. This appears to be a short term fix, as soon the feds will increase their PvP knowlege and then the balance is destroyed.

I'm not sure I follow you. You mean premade vs. premade? What is it about feds that's making their defense better than klingon defense?
