If you are refering to the data for tribble then I would assume you just delete the playtest directory from under your sto installation. usualy users/public/games/cryptic studios/star trek online.
I don't suggest deleting it, if you ever want to play on tribble again you'll just have to download the whole thing all over. Just rename the main folder.
After the patch today, my client tried to do a 2G patch while everyone else was doing a 27mb patch. Initially I thought it was because I had activated the public test shard and it was now trying to patch that. So, I was trying to remove "public test shard" from my account or find a way to deactivate it. However, I found a way to resolve the issue by deleting the client and copying over the my previous client file and it just did the 27mb patch. So, I guess that the 2G patch issue wasn't due to the public test shard in my account but must be some corrupted files. It appears that as long as I don't click on the "tribble" tab, it won't patch it so I guess I don't need to remove it from my account.
