GM Support Really Needs to Improve

I've been playing a combo of Champions Online and Star Trek Online since September of last year and I have yet to get a in-game GM response to an issue. While I understand that they likely have their hands full--I have only heard of one person actually getting an in game GM-response.

Its really frustrating when you're witnessing a small group of people intensionally disrupting an event but you're powerless to do anything about it. Putting in a GM ticket is like putting a message in a bottle ... :(

GM responses tell you about the priority of the company. Cryptic is not customer first. They are of the mindset to produce cheap mmos fast, hook a few fans, milk it for what its worth and move on.

They are like those famous loosing NBA teams in Michael Jordan's day. They would pay the very minimum NBA wage to their players. The good ones would leave. The team would always loose. But when Jordan came to play in town the stadium would be packed. Because of their low over-head they would make more money than the teams trying to be competitive. Cryptic reminds me of them.

No GM response? They don't care, you paid either way.

In the end this will Hurt Cryptic though, they are quickly gaining a reputation for being cheap and poor quality. :( Where as Blizzard and Bioware have the opposite reputation.
