Support for Demo? Can't get started

I can't figure out how to start the demo, and if there is even a section of your FAQ or support site that mentions ANYTHING about how to do this, I can't find it. I just see "SERVER DOWN" and "Account error, contact Billing Support" options every time I try to start the demo. And what's that word PATCH doing there? I can't click it.

So, given that I can't figure out how to run your demo, your manual includes NOTHING on how to get started, your site search apparently reveals NOTHING designed to help new users get started with the demo, and your support site apparently doesn't provide the help a new user would need to solve such an elementary problem, you've lost me as a potential customer.

Now, perhaps I'm the only person unwilling to enter a credit card # to play a demo, but if that's the reason I'm having an "Account error," then your approach to demos really does suck. If it *is* possible to play the demo without entering a credit card #, I'd sure to like to see you improve your "Getting started with the demo" experience, because it isn't adequate at the moment. I can only imagine how many thousands of potential customers you will lose due to such a poor initial "demo" experience.
