Feedback to KDF Feedback

Dev,

Who is in charge of the KDF side of this game? Because I promise you, there are alot of KDF players right now that want to punch them in the face. That Dev member must really be passive, because if it was me, I would be telling my manager and PR people that I feel like I am in a pond of very hungry and angry beasts that are about to rip my arms from my limbs. Perhaps, you need to divert some of the Federation Side Dev who seem to be doing a great job pushing out Federation stuff to the KDF development team, because right now, I know many KDF people, many as in 1000+ that feel you need to get a grip on this and figure out how you are going to grab the remaining subscribers from both factions and really try to hold onto them. KDF may only be 1/8 the population at current, but that would change if we were actually a fully functional faction, with customization and PVE.

Realize that only these few changes will only appease us for a short time, we crave substance, and with other titles coming out in the future, such as Star Wars The Old Republic, all the ground folks who get to bored will flock that way, and with Jumpgate Evolution and Dark Prophecy in our future, spacers will leave this game to rubble. Furthermore, with Eve having a possible ground future called Dust, alot of old Eve players that may be here, will flock back over there, completely destroying the playerbase. And why? because you had a chance to try to actually salvage things, and chose to ask us what new Future Faction do we want to see? What new Critters do we want to randomly see spawn in a mission? what new Federation Ship do we want to see added?

So here is a feedback that would be worthwhile.

~ Open World - Complete Open World where we can pick up missions, and explore, with occasional skirmishes, and craft anamolies we could gather from. A Queue less planet for ground players of Federation and KDF to have fun in. You could even add various bases that could be captured, with banks, merchants, etc, that could be fought over. Critters would run amuck, new alien species could randomly be beamed down (Spawned in) to add a bit of that touch you marketed to the playerbase.

~Open Space - Complete Open Space where we can pick up missions, and explore, with the occasional skirmishes, and craft anamolies we could gather from. A Queue less galaxy were you aren't limited on the amount of ships that fly there, or if you do limit it, say 100 versus 100 per instance of this galaxy, with spawn nodes to spawn PVE ships randomly of the various factions (Cardassian, Hirogen, Romulan, Borg,Etc), with capturable space bases, that can be manned inside base for ground players while a group of spacers try to keep enemies from beaming down.

~Open Ended Customization - That Federation and KDF feel you speak about, where we have options of using parts from all ships to truly customize our ship, the time line you use supports this, you marketing initially supports this, so rather then a choice of 2 ships with few options, you could have a choice of 10 ships to choose parts from to truly customize your ship. And colorization, each part should be allowed to be colored rather then just picking 2 colors for the whole ship.

~Open Ended Customization for Characters - Many hairstyles are not in place, we have no fur options for aliens, no tail options, no mulitply eyes, nose, ears, mouths, arms, legs, tails, fingers. Or the lack of any of the fore mentioned to truly create our customized race, to tell our stories in the Star Trek Multi-verse.

KDF was deisgned as pvp only at the start. Nothing else. Just PVP.
It's because people wanted more that they are now adding more for KDF to do.

Season 2. <---this answer sure is popular

TrickSh0t loves some Chat. But Chat is just a teeny bit off here. KDF was not designed for PvP at the start. It was designed to be full fledged, but time constraints forced it to be PvP only.

TrickSh0t only tries to be helpful. :)
