Help me choose an appropirate bridge please

I just got a Deep Space Science vessel and after customizing it I love the way she turned out on the outside BUT, I can't pick a decent bridge for it, Some feel too big and others too small, mind you the ship is about half the size of a Galaxy class w/ a crew of 500. So I'm taking input on this if anyone is interested to throw their 2 cents worth on what the best bridge might be. I have all the currently available bridge packs so option isn't an issue, lol. ;)

Sadly, the bridge is completely non functional at this point, and therefore it makes absolutely no difference what your bridge looks like or even if you ever go there. Hopefully this will change at some point in the future. The question is: when?

That's not entirely true, visiting your bridge could be great for RPers and some of the bridges are just nice to sit in while you customize your boffs and be save from DSEs.

I do all of my mission hails from there. after I finish a mission I load up my bridge, and hail star fleet. after I get my missions taken care of then I normally check skills, and the galaxy map so I know were I'm going. sure it mite seem lame, but it really adds something special to it, atleast until they make the bridge functioning. try it some time. it make it seem better. ( at least for me )

Before this conversation gets thread-jacked about people whining for funtional bridges...
To the OP, as a guy who also likes his DSSV, might I suggest the Ceremonial or Diplomat bridges? Their multiple stations, arching cielings, and grand view screen, I think, makes for a great feel for a ship that traverses the great unknown. Plus, if you have a full compliment of BO's, all of the are guaranteed to be seated at a station when you beam in!

Actually, as a Science Captain I really like the Explorer bridge. It has a seat for your First Officer (who, it appears, is the tactical officer you've had for the longest) and a really neat rear-engineering station.

I'm aware that bridges don't function and I don't care that the bridge is non functional, that is not the point of this thread. Function and style are two completely different subjects. I want to know what people think LOOKS better for the kind of ship I have not what people think will work better.

I know the C store has some pictures of the new bridge packs but it would be nice to have pictures of all the bridges as well as info on how many of your BOFFs you will actually get to see when you are on them.

If thats the case, I would advise you to pick the one YOU like the look of best.

I rock the Nomad bridge from the Star Cruiser bridge pack on my DSSV. I know it's ridiculously large compared to other bridges, but it invokes the feeling of what the bridge of a large science vessel would be like. Especially since there are many screens, consoles and officers on the bridge.

HEHE the problem is I like a few of them. I have what you may call bridge overload, which his why I started this thread in the first place, to get peoples opinions and use them to help me choose.

That's also the one I'm currently using. I absolutely LOVE the look of it but it just feels too big for a ship of 500.
