Anyone with GTX 260 SLI Win 7 have no issues

All,

I've been pulling my hair out with this game since launch. I have a major stutter every 1.5 sec or so. The game slows to almost a stop then speeds up again. I get flickering as well on ground. Before I give this up Im curious. Is there anyone out there with a similar system to mine that actually has the game working with smooth play (my son runs the game flawlessly on his system which is my hand me down from 2 builds ago). I've been through all the threads on NVIDIA stuttering and have altered in game settings, redone my internet connection and tried most of the advice (execpt rolling back drivers). I have no issues in other online games that I play.

I have:

Win 7 64 bit
Intel i920
2 GTX 260 SLI
197.45 drivers
3 g ram
Using the Nvidia profile for the game with nhancer
ASUS P6T V2 Deluxe MB

I've attached part of my dxdiag file as well. Can anyone with a similar system confirm they can run this game smoothly. Maybe I can figure out what you are doing that I am not.

Make sure you limit the fps to 60.

    I have win 7 64bit using a single gtx 260 with Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 950 @ 3.07GHz and 9 Gig memory . I have no trouble playing with 60+ FPS

I have a core2duo OC'd to 3.2 and a single 260GTX... I have no stuttering issues at all. It could be the SLI for some reason.

The only time I ever have FPS issues is on the ground... my CPU utilization goes to 100% on both cores and then my fps drops below 60.

Thanks - I think I tried the limit to 60 fps before and it did not work. Let me try that again.

Okay, it looks like we have at least one Win 7 64 bit working fine in single with very simlar specs. Clarkismine what operating system are you using. Looks like the operating system with single video card is not an issue.

I wonder if it is the sli. also I don't have 8g only 3g. I wonder if that could cause the stutter.
