Starbase updates

This is probably low priority, but I think a couple of starbases need to be updated.

Starbase 39 in Alpha Centauri sector block has been lacking since launch, without a tailor for starters. There is currently no medical officer to visit to treat injuries, either. I realize that Earth is not very far away, but if this base is to be the Commander-level hub, it should look the part.

Deep Space Nine: open up the infirmary! We know what it looks like, and its door is right there on the Promenade! What better place to visit when healing your injured bridge officers? And for the love of Spock, give Captain Kurland a promotion - it's an important station, possibly more important than it was in the DS9 era - if Starbase 39 deserves to be run by an Admiral, DS9 should be run by, like, two.

    I agree 100%...especially about DS9 and such. Some of the starbases lack ALOT of things. Hopefully they can fix this when they add ship interieors.

    also DS9 ops area is not done properly...its too open...there are supposed to be pylons around the consoles that reach up to the ceiling...no chairs in the room either.

    I'm guessing the pylons were removed to improve gameplay during the DS9 fleet action. I'd love to see some chairs scattered around Ops, though. And it'd be great to see Kurland using his office rather than standing at the Ops console. Never could figure that one out.

    It's the same with the Omega Fleet. You'd think they'd have a medical ship and set up repair drydock there by now...
