Please stop making planet mission where the anomalys are stuck in the ground because when I use my scan to find my next distination it keeps taking me to these areas and I cannot collect them, im now on a mission where i need to find one more crate to complete it but keeps taking me to a place where i cannot get at the anamaly.

Anyone else found this on planet missions?

They are working on a fix for that... They have been aware of it for a few weeks now, and even posted it in a thread somewhere.
Seems to not be high on their list thoug, and TBH (and i hope you agree) there are more serious bugs to be fixed first.

Cryptic actually doesn't make those missions. They have an engine (I think its called Genesis) that automatically creates exploration missions and maps for those missions. They need to debug the engine so it doesn't automatically put the anomalies in the ground, and trust me that isn't an easy task to do.

Happens to me a lot. It can be frustrating. The only useful workaround I've found so far is to look at the map. A lot of glowing objects fall on "paths" or "dirt roads" that you can see on the map.
Hasn't happened to me in a long time. It's greatly improved since release when my bridge officers would suddenly fall into the map a good portion of the time.
Its happened to me quite a few times on my fed toons, and I used to find it a little annoying. Then I played Klingons and I would have been happy for that bug in exchange for a tricorder that pointed me where to go part of the time:)
When you see this happen, center the buried anomaly in the middle of your screen, then use the '?' icon on the edge of your mini-map to issue BUG ticket, to let the Developers know what Map that is occuring on so they can correct the issue... If no one tells them, they have no way of known where the problems are...

This doesn't work 100% of the time though.
