    pinging or tracing the servers is only applicable if your not using a proxy, being as your in the UK i would advise using the EU proxy. with the proxy enabled you should have a better experience while ingame, less lag etc but there have been times where ive found it needs to be switched off

    you think thats bad? try playing with a latency between 700-1400ms. you aint got nuttin on that :p

    i wasnt using a proxy server when i did the traceroot.

    display the results of running nettest. tracert only shows part of what may be the problem. and is not affected by some type of problems that real packets can have.

    Nettest:
    Go to http://files.champions-online.com/nettest.exe
    Download this file and run it
    A command prompt should appear running the test automatically

    For good connections, column 1 and 3 have values around 500 kb/sec (outgoing/incoming), column 2 has values around 20 kb/sec (transfer rate).
