I am pretty sure that us Klingons won't be happy with rehashed Fed content for future missions and story arcs. So I have a suggestion for something that would pretty much help us Klings out in the PVE area.
Eventually, Cryptic plans to open up SOL and the SOL system. So, I put to Cryptic...
Why not open up the rest of the Klingon First City? Give us some PVE story arcs where we need to leave the great hall and sally forth into the city.
The city looks awesome from the great hall, add the rest of the city. (I know it is just art work right now).
Hell, in fact, I think there should be a cutscene for the first time that a Klingon commander goes out those doors. And with all the intrigue that Klingons engage in between Houses (I think?) there can be plenty of opportunities to have ground-based PvE missions right there in the First City.
Frankly, anything to give Klingons some cool, unique experiences in the game!
Or....how about....STOP THIS SILLY FED/KLINGON WAR.
Give us all Fed content, with a KDF twist.
PVP will be friendly pvp (because, right now, I have killed MILLIONS of humans in PVP) and the ships don't have to explode.

I disagree. The war is fine and makes for a good storyline. Conflict is neccassary, for Klingon survival and gameplay. Klingons just need thier own PvE storyline as well and the one of hunting the Undine, even if it takes us against the Federation is a great one.
I support the OP's idea.

Conflict?
Kllingons are in contact conflict.
The undine war. The upcoming dominion stuff (most likely). The upcoming Breen stuff (assumed).
The fact that the Kllingons have been at war with the Romulans for the past 40 years.
I just have a hard time going from war for 100 years, to peace and allied for 100 years, back to all out war. It is a step back. The klingons will lose more than they gained. Not in battle, but in economic and scientific colaboration.
That has never stopped the Klingons from anything. They went on war against Cardassia when the Federation did not sanction it, and threw away the alliance. Klingons don't just call off a war. And we have one, it would go against the very nature of Klingons to decide its not such a good idea to go on.

Possibly they don't think that far ahead, being a warrior classed race and all. Still even when we were at so-called peace with the Klingons it was more of a cease fire. The Klingon spirit and drive calls for conflict if not with others than with themselves. I will not subscribe to a peace-loving ideology involving Klingons, it chafes against thier design.
They aren't "ALL" warriors.
There are scientists. Engineers. Politicians. Cooks.
To say that Klingons are all warriors is racist (in a sci fi sort of way).
A society couldn't operate that way. They would starve and die.
So, let's say for 200 years, the federations and klingons are at peace and even allies. They share scientitic, cultural, techological, and economics.
The then decide to go back to war.
Here is the reason why people who trade don't usually fight amongst each other: They realize that they will be worse off.
now, let's say the klingons "dont' care about that, they want to fight". How long is it going to last when they are starving, thier ships are being produced and fixed fast enough? The population would rise up.
How about trading with other races? No race is going to trade with them when the klingons could go off on you any moment.
No way. Centuries of peace is hard to take away.
AFB, great idea! This is a really cool suggestion and hopefully not too difficult to implement. Even is they jsut made a set of static repetative missions set in the city it would be better than nothing. They could even be combat focused. Those should be realativly quick to whip up. (Month or 2 maybe?)
Then later (6 months) they could add real storyline missions about the house conflicts. It would be awesome to have multiple paths (i.e. which house do you belong to...)

Not good enough. The Klingon Empire never depended as much on other species as the Federation, so they can keep up with other factions for science and ship/weapon production.
They also made other allies, with factions that either don't mind or even support the aggressive way to deal with the Undine situation. The Orion Syndicate alone provides a vast network of resources and intelligence. The Gorn have had an empire of their own before they were conquered, with a 3 years blockade. Their resources were not destroyed, they were absorbed. The Klingons don't need the Feds to survive or keep their society functional.
On topic, I'd like to see intern missions to reflect that history. Maybe some renegade Gorn try to sabotage a shipyard and the player has to stop them. Or a Nausicaan pirate ship is stuck in some anomaly and the player has to recover the weapon delivery. An Orion made a deal with the wrong people and some piece of technology fell into enemy hands, and we have to either recover or destroy it. Or a Lethean informer with important intelligence reports was captured and we go to free him. Small stuff like that; none of it requires a complex story. Feds go rescue cargo ships, scientists and civilians all the time. Klingons don't need to blow up things on every mission as a goal; sometimes its enough to beam the explosives aboard from a stranded cargo ship.
