Twice in 5 minutes, and at least once almost every time I log in now it seems like, I'm getting DC'd. What's really sad is it's not even rush hour or a weekend. We're talking at 10AM-12PM CDT, or 12-2 AM CDT. Checked my connections and it's all good on this end, so what's the deal? One would think after 3 months this issue wouldn't be much of an issue anymore especially after the OB, headstart, and early weeks debacles.
As far as graphics stuff goes, I'm pretty sure it's not that cause I actually get the "Disconnected From Server" message and kicked back to the log in screen. I run full graphics except for full shadows and dynamic lighting cause they were causing crashes on ground missions.
In terms of my internet, yes it is wireless but I have a pretty solid connection (4/5 bars). ISP is Time Warner Cable RoadRunner.
Specs:
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
AMD Athlon II X4 630 (2.8 gHz)
4 GB RAM
ATI Radeon HD 5670
500 GB 7200 RPM SATA II HDD

you might want to try a wired connection if possible to see if that makes a difference, if not then at least you can rule out the wireless being any kind of issue
also maybe change your firewall. i had trouble with one firewall giving me a bad connection but when i switched back to windows firewall it worked perfectly.
Trust me, if I could use a land line I would. I have wireless out of necessity. The modem and router are in another part of the house, and there's no real way to run a cable from that room to my room. And since I plan to be leaving to go to a university in a couple months, my parents aren't about to start drilling holes and running lines.
I'll try the proxy but in the past I've gotten a "unable to verify" (or something to that effect) message.
i believe it is your personal computer or connectoin problems to the game that is causing your issues. i nor anyone in my fleet has had a problem with getting kicked or getting disconnected. unless it was a crash like yesterday. your problem sounds like it could be your wirleless router.

I've been playing daily (or almost daily) since beta. I have not been disocnnected a single time in several weeks. Maybe it's related to your setting or your internet connection?

Whether it works or not, thanks for all the tips.
I used to play over a wireless connection... and the router was even in the same room... had many disconnects.... believe it or not... most wireless routers are TRIBBLE... they will have a string of packet losses for no reason and then suddenly you get dropped from the game for it... I switched to a wired connection and it fixed it completely... this also happened to a lot of people when I would do tech support for my Uni... people would be on the wireless (keep in mind high end cisco stuff) and they would get constant disconnects from skype, aim, games, etc... most of the time it ended up being random interference (microwaves, cordless phones, lightning, power lines, etc).

reallt atarting to p**s me off
Are you using wireless connection to your router/modem?
Who's your ISP?
maybe systems specs could also help.
Also if you haven't already, post in the tech support section would probably be of more help.

I often had issues with wireless before DCing games and internet and oddly combination there of.
At the very least it's one of those easy things to rule out.
Usually they give you a few ports that you can connect a Cat5/6 cable to. Give it a shot for a bit and see if it helps if possible.
Since I switched to the Euorpean Proxy all has been perfect.
using the US proxies I was rubberbanding, disconnecting, updates were slow etc. etc.
