Down Time Info on launch screen - wtf?

Cryptic I am at a loss to explain the maintenance post on the launch screen. What is PDT, is this PST with a typo? If it is PST your GMT times are wrong (again). And regardless of the above it is now 14:45 in the UK and the servers are still down.

Can anyone make sense of the below please? What am I missing/not understanding?

It says:

3am to 6 am PDT (10:00 - 13:00 GMT)

While the standard is PST and the GMT offset is -8, currently they are on Daylight savings time which changes the offset to -7.

    "3am to 6 am PDT (10:00 - 13:00 GMT)" is correct.

PDT (Pacific Daylight Time) for cryptic is similar to BST (British Summer Time) for you.

clearly to much math involved in those Time data...
we need a new standard... something like "when the sun is up for 5 hours" or so...

what? ...wait a second... no that probably wouldnt work that well...

uuuhm how about just putting a Countdown in there?
Server will go down in 2h 53m ...server will eventually come back online in 5h 53m *counting down*
