I just downloaded the demo of Star Trek Online. I have registered my account. When I start the launcher and log in, the server status icon in the top right corner of the window goes from "Server Up" to "Server Down", and the text "Account error, please contact billing support" appears in the bottom right of the window.
I clicked the contact link, but this problem is not listed on the page it sends me to. Can anybody suggest what I might be doing wrong?
