Are you serious? They would never pull out a stunt like this and hope to make players happy.
THe Nebula, Excelsior and various other ship types have been wanted since beta. This is nothing new that Cryptic is unaware of, nor a "revalation" of some player realizing that it's missing from the game.

In other words ... don't hold your breath.
It was hinted that certain ships are 'in the works' with the Excelsior being one of them. It's just that licensing issues are hard to get around.
I seriously find it hard to believe they couldn't add the Nebula for licensing reasons when they have teh Galaxy, Sovereign, Defiant and Intrepid, not to mention the Constitution Refit in the game already, all of which are ICONIC compared to the Nebula, which is a Galaxy-class kitbash..
I want the Nebula too. they could add it as a "Multi-mission" ship at Captain.
4 fore, 2 aft weapons slots.
1 Lt Tac, 1 Lt Eng, 1 Lt Sci..
3 Tac consiles, 3 Eng consoles, 3 Sci consoles.
Cruiser shields, Science hull and turning.
Better then a T3, not quite as good as a class-specific T4, but well-rounded all the way around.
Make it so that no parts can be removed from it, like the TOS Connie and the Danube.
the way i see it, they should just make it like TOS constitution, a separate ship, and just make the regular nebula with different modules with universal stations like a BoP, than it can serve any function...but only make it when the regular Galaxy Class Saucer Section is complete..
Did someone call for the Nebula Starship? Yes it needs to be added....
CBS is hyprocrosy and prejudice in business practices and beliefs for reasons I cannot state because that would violate the ToS. My obvious issue with CBS is outside the this game, but it upsets me more that perhaps they are the reason this great and dare I say "canon" ship does not exist within this game......
I dont know if CBS is to blame, I dont take 3rd party speculation as truth, but it most certainly would not suprise me.
I also wonder if it isn't cause Cryptic doesnt know how to classify it, but it would be a science ship. If Cryptic tried to pull the same stunt with this ship like they did with the Galaxy-X from "All good things", they would turn me, an avid STO fan, against them..So lets not speculate on that, I have blood pressure issues.
Bottom line Cryptic...Get this ship in-game. No reason every other ship, including 1 episode ships (Galaxy-X / Prometheus) and ships that never appeared in a Star Trek episode make it in game and this ship doesnt. This ship has been in several episodes.
In-case a history lesson is needed, feel free to see.
I have to agree, we need this ship in the game I got to play one in SFC III and Bridge Commander. Now those two games alone are not my reason for it. my reason comes from an episode (The wounded) that showed a Nebula class star ship The U.S.S. Phoenix
Loved the way that ship looks and the layout of it, its been in a few episodes and one movie that I can think of. The Nebula could be used as a Tier 4 or 5 ship that could may be used as a multi class ship or multi role ship .

Yep, and it it possible to have a refit. A 2409 design.

Now you have to earn Cryptic $200 to get it.

This is not true.
The Nebula is not available because of its design being incompatible with the other sci-ships.
Its a sci-ship with a nice look.
Wee need it in STO. Its a Star Trek ship

And it'd be perfect.

Yes, I am passionate about this ship.

I like this ship, the saucer etc...
