A List of Some Ideas.

I just wanted to get some of my ideas down. I suspect they have all been mentioned before so feel free to comment or add your own.

1) Contested PvP sector block with planets/starbases that can be captured and defended.

2) Ranking system that charts both open PvP mentioned above and one off matches, tracking damage, kills, healing dearth, wins, losses. Titles and rewards given out for monthly top 10 players.

3) New red items (next stage up from the purple ones) that can only be found by looting, or winning fleet actions, task forces etc. They must not be available in shops.

4) When they do ship interiors, add a science lab to allow us to craft on ship, instead of having to fly back to memory alpha.

5) Let us find and buy blueprints for new items that can be crafted that are not listed in memory alpha.

6) From these blue prints let us craft unique items with new powers (instead of just + 30 critical, how about +10 against shields, +5 faster flight through space, or -10 weapons drain). Let people merge and make their own blueprints combing two or three aspects of a blueprint to give multiple special abilities but with reduced strength of each one. ie +3 against shields, +1 faster light speed through space, -3 weapons drain.

7) Extra long random mission created for end game, much like the exploration missions we have now, just longer and slightly more focused towards PUG’s.

8) Costume pieces as loot drops and mission rewards.

9) More space fleet actions for RA5 in Gamma Orionis sector.

10) Repeatable patrol missions for Gamma Orionis.

11) Advanced and Elite DSE with a fixed location in each sector.

12) Some limited voice over work in certain missions

13) Astrometrics lab on your ship showing the entire galaxy and the names of every system without having to fly into the system to see them.

14) More random missions.

15) Add some cities to planets that can be explored.

16) Flesh out each solar system so that they can be entered at any time. Have random starbases dotted throughout the system. Some containing rare items, some having missions. Make it feel like we can go anywhere at anytime and not just during a mission.

17) Allow us to get bridge officers the same race as our made up alien characters. Also add e ach new race to a database allowing new players to select that species

18) Allow us to find kits and trophies throughout the game to customize our ships interiors when we have them.

19) Have missions that let us go to the future like the 29th century.

20) Add the ability to trade goods between system and give us a more player driven economy.

21) Multiple mission paths (good or bad choices, or tough 'lesser or two evil' choices to make).
