i jusy cancelled my subscription (for the same reason most people seem to, .. however thats not the point of this topic).
cryptic: i understand you want to find out why people are leaving: but your survey is grossly lacking.
you basically have 3 options in the (non technical related) survey:
- not enough instances
- not enough missions
- skill/power system wanting
i dare say most people quit because of OTHER reasons that desperatly need to be adressed:
(no need to list them, cos it is done over and over again on this forum anyway).
according to your survey your results can only yield: - that people have no problem with instancing whatsoever, and that people mostly quit, because of lacking missions (which can be added later).
is this how your to-do list for the future is done? "all is fine, they just want some more instanced missions".

Muahahaha!
Just kidding, the survey they gave us after headstart was the same way:
1. Do you think Star Trek Online is
a. A great game
b. The GREATEST game evar!
There really should be as those choses are rather limiting. If they really want the specific feedback from individuals who actually went ahead and cancelled their subscriptions, then there really, really needs to be a section where the person can write in their reasons.
i may add that "they" edited my post and deleted half of it, mere minutes after I had posted.
very efficient censorship they employ. HATS OFF
I'd say they need to know why people left, so they can fill that gap with marketing propaganda for the next game.
however, I was merely pointing out that their forced survey is flawed beyond redemption and wont yield ANY usable information whatsoever for them.
as for thier survey...go fig.
