Welcome Back Weekend up yet?

I am unable to log in the game still for welcome back weekend, should have been able to by now. Anyone else having issues with it?

    Same issue here...keeps telling me to contact Billing Support.

    You have to sign up for it. Go to the thread in the News section and click the welcome back weekend.

    When I click on that link "To sign up, you must be logged in to the Star Trek Online website and have a Star Trek Online retail key."
    I click on this link, log in, but still I cant launch the game.... ?

    Yeah it must be down, overloaded, or much like stuff when I initially left, just not working. I get the following when I click the link:

    "There was an error in the signup process. Please try again later."

    Not exactly an auspicious start to a welcome back.

    Mine's working now...or at least it just started patching in the launcher. Ahead 1\4 impulse!

    I just closed and reopened the launcher. make sure you are logged into the Cryptic website beforehand, for some reason that matters (maybe the launcher looks for a cookie).

    I did not have to "sign up" anywhere or fill out any other form, as I already have a Cryptic account.

    Also my Cryptic Account still shows as "suspended" but now reflects a "Welcome Back Weekend Product", which must be how inactive accounts are being internally flagged to be able to log into the game.

    Ah, So they are fixing the problem... good

    Btw I have activated "public shard test product"
    How to remove it?

    Mine still shows as "cancelled". Oh well...I'll be too busy this weekend to check it out for more than an hour or two anyway.

    id like to add that you need a retail key. therefore, if you got on with the guest pass, its a no-go.

    I have a retail key but how to activate it without buying a subscription....

    Welcome back is for those that had an active account with a registered retail key applied and a subscription. If you never entered a retail key and setup a subscription then you can ot use the welcome back. you will have to
    get the account setup as demo
    have someone refer you with a refrral key
    or enter a retail key from game purchase, select a subscription option and enter a payment method that you will not be charged for until 30 days after activation.

    Well I entered a retail key back when i signed up for the game but whenever I go to sign up for the free weekend it says theres been an error. Every time.
