Thanks STO, I have had a few issues in-game and submitted a few bug reports. The bug report are replied to by and automated message and then updated by a CSR rep or a GM, each time this has been timely and prompt this is an amazing thing to see in an mmo, most disregard thier players and take weeks not hours to reply to a player GM request.
I would Like to say thanks, your customer support is the best I have seen in a long time in a mmo.
OP sarcasm or not, I really am appreciate of the quick responses I've received from the support team. What few times I've had trouble, they have addressed it quickly and professionally.
