Numpad 9 issue?

This may seem like a very stupid question, but is anyone else having issues with using their number pad '9' key? There is nothing wrong with my keyboard(With keypad:0123456789+-*/.9999) My 9 key is obviously working, but I can't get any devices assigned to it (or C9 or A9) to work.

Is this a bug? I went into key binds and I cannot assign ANYTHING to number pad '9'.

What's the deal?

    Try turning off the Num Lock key when you bind those keys. That's what I did when I first bound those keys.
