Bonus points if you guys can tell me which astronaut said the OPs thread title first. Oh yeah, you shouldn't go by the movie btw.
John Swigert Jr and it's " Okay, Houston we've had a problem here"
(I knew it was Apollo 13 but I honestly had to look up which astronaut it came from)

I have the audio somewhere, maybe the Moonshot vhs (which I cant play anymore as i havent had a vhs player in about 8 years or so) and I think it was Jack Swaggert who said it 1st, then followed by Lovell.
back on point, I swapped out compassion for healer and while the tiles were right, none of the comupter screens on the walls were "on"....just blank. I swapped back to compassion and.....its still the Tron Disco Inferno.........lol
WOW, I guess I need to follow your every word on everything from now on because you are omnipotent and important beyond all meaning?
Not sure where that's coming from... all that was suggested is that taking a few moments to look and see if an issue has already been reported and placing the post in the appropriate forum helps them to track down issues more efficiently.
besides.....since when do they actually read any bug reports?
I can't speak for everyone, yet most all bugs I have reported have been addressed and already corrected. This one with the Bridge Graphics is relatively new, so of course it has not been resolved yet.
Posting to the correct forum, referencing a ticket ID and if possible, attaching screen captures is very helpful for them to identify where the problem may be occurring, thereby correcting it sooner. This is why there is a "Bugs Forum" you know...

done all of that and still have 8 tickets sitting at the "blah blah....we will look into it.....blah blah" stage from Feb and march and april. Bugs still in play. I have pretty much lost all faith in Cryptic's Bug report system, it seems the only way to get their attention is posting a screen shot in here.....shrugs
Without knowing what it is you reported, I can't really offer anything that would be helpful.
All I know is that I followed their requested procedure and reported bugs in game, referenced the ticket ID on the post in the Bugs forum and included screen captures/details when I could. I've had very good results from doing this.
There are quite a few bugs like the Kits/Shields not working that were reported this way that were resolved rather quickly.

They are aware. Submit a bug ticket.
Your bridge is now a Disco. Be sure to rock your disco ball.
well yesterday it was fine, so they broke it without a patch?
Some Bee Gees or KC and the Sunshine Band should be playing on that bridge.
Yeah, but with all those lights flashing at you, how could you possibly be able to make decisions and issue orders?
Its funny but I was thinking the exact same thing. I'd get that in the C-store.
Well its not like we can issue orders from our bridge anyways. But we can dance there.
I agree. I want it.
Dude, I was gonna say the same thing.
Your one Red Alert from putting all your crew in sickbay with seizures...

It was not fine yesterday. Perhaps you might want to submit this as a ticket and then report the bug in the appropriate forum for it?
