Just something about MMO I'm thinking

You can not like this you can hate it you can think its stupid I just think a game done like this could scale with out limit.

This is the reason STO is not a true and cannot be a real mass multiplayer online game (and by that I mean no maps) due to mass attack as stupid as limiting the number that can attack you or them it will allow even without limit (but to bandwidth) mass battles (I'm talking 100v100 and bigger) to the likes no game could do due to a stupid way it can only be done

The tactic of more then one person taking you needs to work in a way that the player holds out more to put up a fight with a XX% of more hull repair rate and shield regeneration rate with or without limit (as much as your not going to like this) the number that can attack you minimum is 2 and can be changed higher or to all .

Some examples of settings:
limit attacker to two
limit attackers to two with 10% hull repair rate and shield regeneration rate of your current rates
limit attacker to three
limit attackers to three with 20% hull repair rate and shield regeneration rate of your current rates

You might think this will help the player to win from two attackers but really two attackers should be able to take on one player and win but puts up more of a fight and yes may take out one of the attackers before being destroyed to which your extra hull repair rate and shield regeneration rate will go back to your current rates unless someone else attacks to put up a bit more of a fight but by then you should have been close to being destroyed to be finished with. The whole time thats going on others on you team can heal you or them and the attackers can be healed or heal there team just how it is now.

So lets look at it from a player and attacker view.

Player v attacker

When attackers enter in to range (even before 10K) the first to target the player gets to attack the player others will have to wait for someone to un-target the player or find another target. When the player has two or more attackers targeting them you will get with or without XX% hull repair rate and shield regeneration rate of your current rates until the number of attackers un-target you or is 1v1 to which your hull repair rate and shield regeneration rate will go back to your current rates as it is now.

Now think how interesting this could be if both sides had this way of limiting to number of attackers to them in a 5v5 match...or bigger....
