UNABLE TO AUTHENTICATE: ERROR on Launcher

Whats going wrong, Cryptic ??


Cant log in to the launcher !!!


Everytime after i gave my password on launcherscreen and clicking "SUBMIT"... this message occurs... and nothing happens !!!



Are your login servers down ???

Or the Account Verification ???



WHAT HAPPENS ??? Only to me or more of you ???


EDIT:

There is a response on this issue from a dev ! Its related to account server problems and should work again after the maintenance is done !!! :)

    I have this issue for around 5 Days now. No clue why. At first i thought its the authentication Servers. But to be honest i doubt it. It must be something else. I guess if its not fixed in 2 - 3 Days i am gonna spent my money elsewhere. :mad:

    I was getting an error/crash box after inputting my username/pass a few hours ago.
    Now getting the same 'cannot authenticate' message.
    WTF?!
    GET YOUR **** TOGETHER CRYPTIC!
    Sick of all these issues cropping up.

    Hmmm... dint had any problems until the newest maintenance... Did you get any answers about your topic from Cryptic ?? I assume, you wrote tickets about that ?!

    I also found out i cant even submit a ticket about this. the online ticket section after i go to create a new ticket does nothing

    web site to create a new ticket you have to do a search first . Then at the bottom of the search result window there is a link to create a new ticket.

    Not all that sure putting a ticket in helps all that much.
    I've had a ticket raised for this since I got exactly this problem - ever since the patch went out.

    All I've had back thus far is an automated response telling me how to check that my router and connection are set up correctly for Champions Online.

    I already know all my connection is working of course as it is exactly the same as pre-patch...the only thing that changed is the STO software.

    except ISP changes equipment, routing software and traffic managment all the time without telling the users.

    been having this problem also since i have been deployed. I decided to try messing with the options. changed it to and EU proxy and now its patching. hope this helps.
