I have this issue for around 5 Days now. No clue why. At first i thought its the authentication Servers. But to be honest i doubt it. It must be something else. I guess if its not fixed in 2 - 3 Days i am gonna spent my money elsewhere. :mad:
I was getting an error/crash box after inputting my username/pass a few hours ago.
Now getting the same 'cannot authenticate' message.

Hmmm... dint had any problems until the newest maintenance... Did you get any answers about your topic from Cryptic ?? I assume, you wrote tickets about that ?!

Not all that sure putting a ticket in helps all that much.
I've had a ticket raised for this since I got exactly this problem - ever since the patch went out.
All I've had back thus far is an automated response telling me how to check that my router and connection are set up correctly for Champions Online.
I already know all my connection is working of course as it is exactly the same as pre-patch...the only thing that changed is the STO software.
been having this problem also since i have been deployed. I decided to try messing with the options. changed it to and EU proxy and now its patching. hope this helps.
