Open to "ANY" Capts with a Federation PvP capable ship, if you are interested: Realizing that most Fleets are not PvP fleets including my own, I am willing to set up a PvP channel on our Fleet Vent. That way those of us from different Fleets that PvP, can get together and communicate in voice instead of text. If we tighten up a little, change a loadout or 2, we may start winning a few of these battles. IMHO voice communication is the difference between winning and losing in many close matches.
The vent is free, all you have to do is download it, we can walk you thru it if you need help. The more Capts that use it, the more grp channels we will make. Pass Words for the PvP (only) channels will be given out so you can pop in anytime and go to work. We are a small fleet we have lots of Vent room. 50 more players can be added at anytime. Thats 10 Battle Grps able to fight and communicate at the same time.
We are an American Fleet, but basic communication skills between different languages can be used or developed. There are no strings attached to this offer...just log on and lets start kicking some Klingon tail.
Min req: Speakers and text
Max req: Speakers and Mic

Mumble quick setup/config guide
I have created public channels there for STO. (Other game channels also exist.) If you have any problems, PM me and, if I cannot help, I can put you in touch with Mumble's developer.
If you wish to setup private Fleet channels on this server, let me know and I will contact the server admin (also the Mumble developer).
Use of this development server is free, but subject to version changes as development proceeds. Hosting companies also offer servers (both free and paid). Furthermore, end-users can setup their own private servers for free, using the Murmur server software packaged (free) with Mumble.
