This is an MMO which means you should always have content to do...either current or what is added. However, people tend to burn though game content pretty fast and end up with little to do. This is generally known as "end-game" (a term I hate). If you read the forums much you will often see people talking about "end-game content" and such. This usually is when you have done all the normal non-repeatable content and are looking for things to do at max level.

For OP the game technically doesn't end. It's more or less a multiplayer experience to hang out with friends.
