So I go to put time on my account this morning after not using it for a month or two and it doesn't accept my password, so I request a new one, but it tells me that account combination doesn't exist, so I go to sign up using that info to see if it finds it then and it does. It says both my original account name and my e-mail address are in use.
So, I decide to make a new account and make sure I activated my Digital Deluxe game key. Sure enough I have. My next step? Submit a billing ticket from this account. So, I go to do that and I click on "Account Compromise" because I'm really not sure what else to put it as.. and guess what? Nothing comes up.
Seriously, what gives?
Why the heck don't you have a phone number up for people to call when they have issues, or do you and I'm just overlooking it? Because I even googled "star trek online billing phone number" and "cryptic studios billing phone number" and got jack but sites claiming to sell "star trek gold" ...
