I was playing for a few hours when my sound went out during the game. I closed the game and checked my PC because I have had issues in the past with games and sound and discovered that
my PC no longer had sound either.
Things I did to trouble-shoot
- Checked to see if the sound was muted using MS Volume Control dialog (dbl-click on speaker icon in tray).
- Checked to see if the sound card drivers were still working correctly using MS Device Manager thru Control Panel.
As yet, I still have no sound, which I would like fixed ASAP.

Star Trek Online seems to take some time to get back to their customers when submitting a bug online (which I have done a week ago). This issue is a bit more urgent to me than waiting days or weeks for a reply.
