Borg Spheres INSIDE the Encryption Nodes

In one of the war zones I'm trying to decrypt a node and there is a Sphere shooting at me interrupting the process, ok fine, I'll shoot back right? No, ship weapons wont fire until the Sphere leaves and it never leaves...the inside of the Node. I can't tell if this is working as intended or what, this has been screwed up since launch.

That is a pretty annoying problem. And the invincible spheres are always nice enough to shoot at you and keep you out of full impulse long enough for a cube to come in range and get in on the fun.

Funny how nobody mentions the borg cubes inside of the nodes...

And yeah, it's a bug that needs to be fixed.

Usually there's an angle you can go where it can't shoot at you, even when it's inside the node.

But yes, needs fixing irrespective of (literal) workarounds...

Either fix the bug, or make a kill brush for when it happens.
I know, I for one am sick of it.

This works. Another faster "strategy" is to have two players advance on the node - the bugged borg will target the first ship and the second ship can scan in peace.

Well, the thread was still young... But it happens more often with the probes and spheres. (I think the number of players affect the number of cubes around.) Cubes overlapping each other also happens occassionally...

yeah but when you hit RA, it's a competition for gear.. those who get the most done get better gear. winner usually gets gear worth 75k

Well you're supposed to share the loot :p I.e. do it with a friend.

Also, get a sci officer with Jam Sensors and/or VM. Honestly, BoPs own that map.

This was fixed temorarily once long ago in a patch far far away.
However it has since returned and of course it's more important to have Polls on ship interiors than to fix the things wrong with the game itself.

Capture and hold still needs to be balanced because my fed can capture a point in half the time by himself than an entire group of klingons can.

doing Azlesa (sp) zone missions where enemies don't populate needs to be fixed since it happens both in ground and in space.

But darn it those interior polls are so darn important.....
