I tried to register Friday and apparently I forgot the exact spelling I used for my Account Name. Every time I tried to log in I got a username or password is incorrect. Unfortunately the only option is forgot password... there is not forgot username.
I then tried to create a new account, but it recognized that the email address I was trying to use was already in use. (Obviously I did get a first account set up) So I tried an alternate email address which seemed to work, but when I tried to launch the game it says: Account error, please contact Billing Support. (Probably recognized that I was using the same activation code)
So I created a ticket that I thought was with the Billing Team on Friday. Then I got a reply from the ticket saying: Thank you for your ticket. It appears that your issue would be best addressed by our Billing Support team. In order to expedite your help request we have automatically converted your GM help request into a Billing help request so that a member of the Billing team will be able to contact you. It is now Sunday and I still have not heard from the Billing Team. Does anyone have any suggestions to get around this? Is there any way to delete both of the accounts I apparently have set up or am I just stuck waiting to hear from the Billing Team?
