I agree they seem to have solved most of the problems with BO's getting stuck going through doorways, behind crates, and down cooridors.
I do still have them getting stuck when they jump off hills on some of the planets, but they figure a path eventually when you select a group Way Point for them to regroup at.
I had a problem last week in the final room of the Episode Mission with Q and Borg...
an enemy Borg NPC jumped behind a crate and was stuck there so i had to followed him to killed him there, my BO's followed me and got stuck too.
I managed with a lot of patience and setting waypoints to free 3 of them, the last one did not move anymore.
But yeah it got better overall, still not perfect yet.
Interestingly, I encountered a rather messed up planetary mission at the start of my career, now a few days ago I might have encountered a close cousin of it. There is a cluster of buildings on a fairly standard exterior planetary site, with enemies partially standing within this cluster.
The BO's tend to disappear instead of going near these buildings, and in this case they lodged themselves firmly into the ground, and started to list as unconscious. They seem to have issues with the buildings, and there might have been other hidden features bad enough to cause them to "warp" out.
Fighting enemy groups without support helped "reset" things though.
Yep big improvement now if they could just fix it so my Andorian tac officer would drape on my shoulder while biting her lower lip sudcutivley anytime we were just standing around......
if only now we can get rid of the stupid rooms filled with nothing but containers. it makes getting to the other side a royal pain the in bum.
and if u do managed to jump/squeeze through, you then relise your bridge officers are stuck in corners/between containers or running into walls.
some containers are fine but I think you are referring to the rooms so filled with them it's like the storage area of a museum and no order whatsoever. Whoever thought that was a good idea in this game should be shot.

Those rooms do have at least one open path. Sometimes it is along one wall or the other. I never have a problem getting myself nor my BO through those rooms.

Over all it is a massive improvement.
