I have submitted an extremely large amount of bug reports, tickets etc, all getting impersonal copy/paste responses from your GMs, I specifically put in the Subject line "If you copy and paste the same answer again, I'm canceling my account" well guess what. you did, buhbye.. i can understand you guys get thousands of tickets a day, but even if i say "Hey, spend a minute and actually respond" even if its "OK we'll look into it, sorry" i don't care, just something not copied and pasted that was passed down from the big wigs in corporate that basically says "I didn't even read your post, don't care, but i passed your message along." I don't think i could have spelled it out any better then i did, If you copy and paste an answer, I'm canceling my account"
I understand that PC/PR people well above whoever is copy and pasting these tickets, is telling you to do so, but i think this proves if the guy passing this stuff along either can't or chooses not to read the tickets we submit, I think you guys should take a nice long look at who supports the community.
this game has great potential, but if you don't have the community support on the front line, you'll fail. The only response I've ever had from anyone was during the beta.
