You know I just got to thinking and when I bought my STO edition form Atari I was suppose to get a Joined Trill Playable Member. Can anyone tell me if this is true?
And if so where is my Joined Trill? That is the reason I bought from Atari. Any help will be appreciatded Thanks.
FIRST! Try to create a new character, if you see the option to create a joined trill: Problem solved.
If you don't have that option then consider which version you bought.
IF you bought the Digital Deluxe Edition it was supposed to come with:
TOS Uniform Set (in-game item): 3 Uniforms from the Original series (blue, red, yellow)
Joined Trill: Play as a Joined Trill. Joined Trill come with a symbiote that grants you several lifetimes of experience. The "Joined" species trait grants you a bonus to 5 skills.
Exclusive "KHAAAN!" Emote (in-game item): An unforgettable moment from the second Star Trek Film. This exclusive emote allows players to relive Kirk's unforgettable moment of fury, with the timeless cry... "KHAAAN!"
Exclusive Klingon Blood Wine Toast Emote (in-game item): Raise a glass like a Klingon! Greet and interact with other players with an exclusive Klingon gesture -the blood wine toast.
Unique Registry Prefix (in-game item): Give your ship the coveted NX prefix, seen only on a handful of elite Starfleet vessels like the Defiant, 22nd century Enterprise, and Prometheus."
Unique Ship Item (in-game item): - Automated Defense Battery. This Tactical Module that grants any ship a passive 360 arc attack power with a short range.
However if it was the Collectors Edition (You recieved a large box in the mail) then you get:
Real life Commbadge
Uniforms from TNG/DS9
Red matter capacitor
A book of pretty picture
On the other hand if you opted for the cheaper standard editions (Digital or box) you get:
The Game!
If you don't remember which you bought check HERE and click MY ACCOUNT in the top right corner of your screen.
if you did purchase the Digital Deluxe Edition and it doesn't say that, call customer service an have a copy of your transaction record nearby.
if you did purchase the DDE and it says you did but you don't have the things in-game then call customer service and ask where they are.
Thanks. How do you know all this stuff? I ordered and got the Digital Deluxe pre-order with the public test shard. Do not know what all that means but that is what I ordered and I guess that is what I got.

If you bought the DDE and added the subscription key, then it should already be unlocked. If not, I suggest you call Cryptic support.
