It is called the Captain's table.

Located in a wormhole outside of Earth Station. You can't miss it.

You need to go to your special unlocks and activate the "secret code" first to enter it.

I hope you arent expecting a big crowd or anything, because its just fluff. After you visit and have a look around, most people dont have a reason to go back.

Go to the Sol System - there's a glowing nebula near the docks.

Fly there and witness the awesome.

True but it is still a neat place.

Don't mind the Nagus, he is just bitter that the girl at the front desk, spurned his advances :p

At some point, after the dust settles, I'm sure the Lifer community will gel a bit more. A lot of us are at odds with others because of differing perspectives resultant of the "state of the game" as it would be. For now know we are here working individually "for the greater good".

True. I went the day it was released. Haven't been back since.

I keep an alt there to miss around, take screenshots, etc.

Though I'd probably make that alt a formal bank alt if we had access to mailboxes more places than we had access to the exchange/etc.

Put a mailbox aboard my ship and I'll devote my Ferengi to bank alt transactions. Obviously, you want to limit that somewhat to keep social hubs alive but maybe have a timer or a fee on using ship-based mail and I'd be fine with that.

Last thing I remember from the Captain's Table was a Vulcan spraying a Klingon with a fire extinguisher from the tutorial.

It was like walking into a David Lynch directed episode of Star Trek.

Come to think of it, the Captain's table reminds me vaguely of the red room from "Twin Peaks".

I do simply because you can bank and use the exchange without virtually any lag at all. Just wish they'd add a ship yard to customize and change out with there. Would make my scheme of avoiding lag much more effective.

Actually, I been visiting the Captain's Table quite a bit lately since starting a klingon character. Still get lost finding certain areas at Qo'noS so I head to Captain's Table to access exchange & mail. :D

Captain's Table is great for me. I can poke at my uniform, sell junk items, bank good items, feed my tribbles and put my items up on the exchange all in one small easy to find location.

Oh and I forgot. The cute alien chick say's Hi to me by name when I beam in.

A bit more of what? I don't recall the life time sub as being advertised as access to unlimited perks.

Sometimes we meet in the place where we took care of the thing with the guy that one time.

    Weren't they?

    :D

I go in there to hang and get some exchange business done. I like how the NPC characters change. I think that maybe one day I'll start a "real" Captain's Table party in there - where I will buy you a drink from Cap if you tell me a good story.

Hey - you know what - I think I really will do that.
