I tried calling the customer service number and it says phone service is not available right now, and I tried filing a ticket on the website and it didnt work, what should i do?
To create a ticket on the website, the system is a little strange , you have to do a search first then at the bottom of the search result box there is a link to create a new ticket.
Well of course phones are not working. They dont want you call them!

Yea... go to My Account (check it out... in the upper right hand side of the screen) click on the Edit Email and Password Link, click on Change this subscription, select Cancel Subsciption and then Submit.

No, if you call the number (I did today) it actually specifically says they no longer offer phone support please go to the website.
