wont let me send ticket

Hi

I went to go online today & was looking forward to it as all of last week I havent had much of a chance to sit down & play, I logged on & was told that my account was suspended. So the 1st thing I did was check to make sure everything was in order with my bank ie cryptic was paid, which they had been. I then called Cryptic which I was on hold for about 7 minutes & then cut off. After this a little bit more agitated than I was before hand I went on to submit a ticket which also did not work both the billing & technical tabs didnt do anything & the blank part underneath which can only presume was ment for discription of the ticket wouldn't let me type anything in it. I am pretty angery as I can not see any reason for them to have suspended me & there is no way for me to contact them neither.

P.S. When I started playing the game I paid them by Paypal but I changed my type of payment to my card at the end of march & the money shows that it went through, They also did try & take money from paypal dispite this so I do wonder if this has something to do with it. Either way it shows I have paid so there is no reason for me to have this problem in the 1st place.

Does anyone know anyway I could this message to Cryptic so I can finally play the game again :(

    two things
    When you change your payment from paypal you have to make the change at two places cyptic and paypal. otherwise palpay will continue to send the recurring payment that is set up in palpal.

    second to create a ticket at the web site, yu have to do a seach first then at teh bottom of the search result window there is a link to create a new ticket.

    Strange way to work it but maybe they are thinking that by sreaching for your problem first , if there is already a ticket you can add your proble to that ticket therefore reducing the amounts of tickets they are working on or in the queque to be worked.
